To ensure you're enrolled in the correct course and that your selected class date, time, and location are accurate, all registrations begin with a Request Your Seat submission.

After you submit your request, a member of our team will contact you to:

• Confirm the appropriate course for your certification needs.

• Verify the class date, time, and training location.

• Answer any questions you may have.

• Complete your registration.

• Send your invoice for payment.

Please Note: Access to any required online or blended learning coursework will not be released until your invoice has been paid in full.

Because every training program is unique, pricing varies by course, learning format, and training location.

Interested in private on-site group training? Our instructor-led group training is designed for organizations with 10 or more participants. If your group is smaller, contact us. We're happy to discuss available training options and provide a customized quote.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for all classes. If you're running late, please call us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

• Rescheduling Fee: $35 (may be waived at our discretion)

• Rescheduling Window: Classes must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original class date.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled class will result in a $35 rescheduling fee.

• No Shows: Students who do not attend their scheduled class without notice will be required to register and pay for a new class.

• Arrival Time: Doors open 5 minutes before your scheduled class. Early entry is not permitted to allow instructors time to prepare the classroom and ensure everyone's safety.

• Late Arrivals: Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may be required to reschedule.

All community classes are skills sessions, so you must complete the online portion before your scheduled class.

Please bring:

• Your Certificate of Completion

• Your eBook or workbook (available for purchase)

• A water bottle

• Comfortable clothing (t-shirt, sweatpants, etc.)

• Knee pads (optional, if desired)

Students who have not completed the online portion before class will be required to reschedule.

All digital certifications will be issued to the same email address used to complete your online coursework. Please ensure you have access to this email account before beginning your course.

If you would like a physical wallet-sized certification card in addition to your 24/7 accessible digital eCard, you may purchase an optional laminated copy, which will be mailed to the address you provide.
